Acquisition of Design Plus Health & Beauty by Laleham Health & Beauty

On 30th September 2015, Laleham Health & Beauty (“Laleham”)– a wholly owned subsidiary of DCC plc (“DCC”) and part of the DCC Health & Beauty Solutions group, strengthened its market position in the contract manufacture of creams, liquids and medical devices through the acquisition of 100% of the shareholding of Design Plus (Holdings) Ltd (“Design Plus”) based in Morecambe, Lancashire.The business will be led by Tim O’Connor, Managing Director of Laleham, who stated “Following the successful integration of Universal Products Ltd in 2014, I am delighted that we have been able to make a further acquisition to strengthen Laleham’s position in the Health & Beauty contract manufacturing market.
